Common requests

Account & login issues — Email us with the address on your account and a description of the issue.

Subscription & billing questions — Subscriptions are billed by the app store on the device you subscribed from, and are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We do not sell subscriptions through this website and there is no web checkout. If a store charge looks wrong, contact us and we'll help you sort it out with the store.

Delete my account / my data — You can permanently delete your account and data at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email support@deepfindhunter.com with "Delete My Data" in the subject line, and we'll process your request within 30 days. See our account-deletion instructions and Privacy Policy for details.

Report a bug or safety issue with a community post — Use the in-app "Report" option on the post, or email us with a link/description.

Feature requests & feedback — We love hearing from the detecting community — email us your ideas.

A feature isn't returning results — AI LiDAR Analysis is labeled Beta because it may depend on an outside provider; when that provider is unavailable, the feature reports that instead of guessing. The FAQ explains this case, so please check there before reporting it as a bug.
